These terms apply to bookings with Miami Yacht Party Rentals (“we”, “us”) and to your use of miamiyachtpartyrental.com. By booking a charter or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them.
Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are provided on WhatsApp based on your date, charter length, group size and any add-ons.
- Your date is reserved once your $500 deposit is paid through our secure Stripe payment link.
- The remaining balance is due at boarding, before departure.
- Add-ons (such as catering or decorations) are confirmed in your quote.
Cancellations, rescheduling and weather
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather and refund terms are provided in writing with your quote and form part of your booking. Please read them before paying your deposit. The captain may delay, shorten or cancel a charter if weather or sea conditions are unsafe.
On board
- The captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and everyone on board, and their instructions must be followed at all times.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number confirmed in your booking.
- Illegal substances and dangerous behavior are not allowed; the captain may end a charter without refund if safety is put at risk.
- The person who makes the booking is responsible for their group, including any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment.

Photos on this website are for illustration and may not show the exact vessel, setup or location of your charter. Prices and availability are confirmed only in your written quote.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
